Pastor Michael J. Carter can be best described as a thought provoking sagacious leader who loves people and believes in transformational and servant leadership. He is a forefront thinker, who instructs and challenges listeners to grow through insightful and anointed instructions.

Pastor Carter believes in creating a learning atmosphere where believers can discover and evolve into who God has created and destined them to be. He believes in the integrity and power of God’s word and that the word coupled with God’s Spirit can change lives. Pastor Carter maintains that God’s Spirit is the greatest gift given to humanity. His passion is to witness lives being transformed and developed through the power of God’s kingdom.

Completing his training at The National Church of God MIP program, Pastor Carter continues to be an inveterate researcher and strives to further his education. He is currently ordained by Evangel Assembly’s Ministers Network Association where he is a member in good standing. Aside from ministry, Pastor Carter is husband of 30 plus years to Elder Cynthia Carter and farther of two wonderful daughters, and grandfather to a grandson and granddaughter. He is a family man with a shepherd’s heart. Who desires that are believers develop, lives impacted and God's Kingdom advanced.
